When should we invite our guests?

This is entirely up to you by traditionally, any time up to 3 months before the occasion is advised. Any closer to the date and you might find yourself frantically chasing up RSVPS with not long to go!

When will my greeting card order ship?

We will ship all standard card orders within 2-3 business days.

When will my invitation order ship?

Typically we expect a standard order to ship within 2-3 weeks of the order date, depending on the complexity of the design and how long it takes to assemble.We will always notify you if your order is held up for any reason beyond our control.

How many invitations do we need?

You only need one per family/couple rather than one per guest.

​

Do you have a minimum order number?

Yes, due to us being a small business, our minimum order is 30.

How many Order of Services do we need?

This is entirely up to you, but we recommend one copy between two guests is satisfactory. Don't forget to include the officiant - they'll need a copy and also, one or two for you to keep afterwards!

Can I have a refund?

Unfortunately due to the customised nature of these products, we cannot refund any orders. We ensure that the final proof is signed off by the customer prior to printing so we cannot be held responsible for any errors past this sign off. We do, however, take complete responsibility for any printing errors/faults and will ensure the order is perfect before sending it out to you.
